NIRMAN Samudaay is an informal but closely knit fraternity of individuals and organizations sharing the above vision, values and goals.

For operational purpose following units/groups are formed.

1. NIRMAN Youth
    All youth that goes through the NIRMAN process.

2. NIRMAN Headquarter and camps site
    SEARCH, Shodhgram.

3. NIRMAN Coordination Team
   SEARCH, Shodhgram- Gadchiroli
   MKCL, Pune
   MKCL, Vashi  

4. NIRMAN Fellowship Resource Group
   Action/Mentoring organizations where the NIRMAN fellows work
   Advisor individuals/organizations
   NIRMAN Fellows

5. NIRMAN Support Group
   All individuals/organizations that are invited or volunteer to support NIRMAN process in any way, including financial support.
