To develop a broad-based non-formal educational program in which a large number of adolescents in Maharashtra in the age group of 11 to 16 years are exposed to the ideas, ideals and examples of social change and change makers.

To develop a two year educational social sensitization process for the selected youth (18-26 years) using the camps, social action and learning through action-reflection or Nayee Talim method.

To develop a fellowship program for the selected sensitized youth to contribute to social change and action and identify their life-mission.
