The general structure of fellowship program is as follows:

1. Fellows taking up fellowship are short-listed.

2. The fellows have to provide a choice of 3 host organisations (from the ones affiliated) under which they would like to work. The host organisation may not be working in the same field as that the fellow intends to target.

3. The fellows will have to spend about a month in the community of the host organisation and identify a problem they would like to work on.

4. The rest of the period of fellowship will be used by the fellows in taking concrete steps towards problem solving which will be duly documented and submitted to the mentors.
